Refunds & Returns

We are committed to providing you with high-quality greeting cards that bring joy to your special moments. However, we understand that sometimes things don’t go as expected. Please review our returns and refund policy below:

1. Returns Eligibility

  • Products can be returned within 14 days of purchase if they are defective, damaged, or incorrect.
  • To be eligible for a return, items must be unused, in their original packaging, and in the same condition that you received them.
  • Custom-made or personalised cards are not eligible for returns unless they arrive damaged or defective.

2. Non-Returnable Items

  • Gift cards
  • Sale or clearance items
  • Digital products (e.g., downloadable cards)

3. Return Process

  • To initiate a return, please contact our customer service team at cs@pashalazastudio.com. Provide your order number, a description of the issue, and, if applicable, photos of the damaged or defective item.
  • Once your return is approved, we will provide instructions on how to send the item back.
  • Customers are responsible for the shipping costs of returning items unless the product is defective or incorrect.

4. Refunds

  • Once we receive your returned item and inspect it, we will notify you of the approval or rejection of your refund.
  • If approved, refunds will be processed to your original method of payment within 5-7 working days.
  • Please note that shipping costs are non-refundable.

5. Exchanges & Replacements

  • We don’t offer exchanges. We only replace items if they are defective or damaged. If you need to replace it with the same item, please contact us as soon as you receive your product. We may ask for a photo of the damage.

6. Late or Missing Refunds

  • If you haven’t received a refund within the stated timeframe, please first check your bank or credit card statement. Then, contact your bank or credit card company as processing times can vary.
  • If you’ve done all of this and still have not received your refund, please contact us at cs@pashalazastudio.com.
