What is the size of your greeting cards?
All our greeting cards are 5×7 inches in size, perfect for sending warm wishes while being easy to display.
How are the cards printed?
Our cards are printed on white cardstock with a matte finish, ensuring vibrant colours and a professional look.
Can I personalise my greeting card?
Currently, we do not offer personalisation options. However, each card comes with a unique design and message that makes it special.
How do I place an order?
You can easily place an order by browsing, selecting your desired card or cards and proceeding to checkout. Our website is very easy to use and we are always happy to help if you get stuck.
What payment methods do you accept?

How long does shipping take?
Shipping times vary depending on your location. Once your order has been processed and dispatched, UK orders are typically delivered within 3-5 business days, while international orders may take longer.

What is your return policy?

Can I include a message and send directly to someone?
Yes, we have a product add-on that you can purchase for a small fee. Simply select the add-on on the product page ( it is shown underneath the add to basket button). In the box provided type the message you would like printed on the inside of the card. During checkout add the recipient’s name and address and we will send the card directly to them. Please make sure you double check for spelling errors and typo’s. Please refrain from using emoticons or graphics as they will not be printed.
Are the cards suitable for all ages?
Our greeting cards are designed for adults.
Do you have a newsletter or mailing list?

Can I cancel or change my order after placing it?
If you need to cancel or change your order, please contact us as soon as possible. We can make adjustments if the order hasn’t been processed yet. Once your order has been processed we will not be able to cancel or amend it.
Are your cards blank inside?
Yes, our cards are blank inside, allowing you to write your own personal message. The only exception to this is if you purchase the product add-on to add a printed message inside and send directly to the recipient.
What if I forgot to use a discount code at checkout?
Unfortunately, we cannot apply discount codes after an order has been placed. Please ensure you enter any discount codes before completing your purchase.
